The main principles of automobile braking systems
The main principle of the automobile brake system is to use the brake to rub the wheels, and the rotating wheels are decelerated by the resistance of the brake, so as to realize the deceleration or parking of the vehicle. The working principle of the brake system is based on the hydraulic transmission mechanism. Under the action of the pedal being stepped on by the driver, the brake fluid is compressed and transmitted to the brakes of the wheels through the pipeline. Through this force transmission, the brake contacts a member such as a brake pad or a brake shoe with the wheel, generates a friction force, and decelerates the wheel. At the same time, the brake fluid will return to the master cylinder of the brake system to facilitate the next braking operation.
